Ultracolor Plus FA - with DropEffect Technology - is a quick-setting all-in-one grout that can replace grout with or without sand. It is efflorescence-free, non-shrinking, uniform in color, polymer-modified, quick-setting, with ultra fine quality fine aggregate, for joints from 1.5mm to 19mm wide (1/16" to 3/4"). DropEffect technology helps repel dirt and stains by reducing surface absorption. Ultracolor Plus FA is formulated with Mapei’s High-Hydrated Cement Technology (HCT) to eliminate common problems with Portland cement grouts, such as color unevenness and efflorescence. In addition to its high polymer content, HCT technology results in reduced absorptivity and improved stain resistance compared to standard cement grouts. Formulated with 10% recycled materials. No sealant required.
